Through the rural older women’s employment situation and employment intention, the author according to the survey seriously analyzed the factors that influence the rural older women employment that individuals, families, enterprises, social and other various comprehensive factors will be around the rural older women employment choices. Combination of kaifeng is currently in a series of measures taken by the government policy level, a variety of channels to explore for the older women in countryside employment. Through the study of this article, the countermeasures for the relevant older women employment entrepreneurship could be from the government, individuals, businesses, social four aspects to optimize path choice.
