Regional Comparative Research On Development Of Modern Agriculture In Jiangsu Province

With the development of modern agriculture in China, the changes occur, which are in its development goals, functions and duties, the external environment and internal conditions. It is becoming increasingly urgent that construction of modern agriculture adapt to the local development strategy.As the major agricultural province with relatively well-developed Economic, the modern agriculture of Jiangsu Province is is largely still in its initial implementation phaseln order to achieve the objective of "full of well-off, building a new Jiangsu", solving the "three rural" issue should be the overall top priority.Selecting the correct and fit with the regional development path or pattern is the key to the development of modern agricultureHowever, the big gaps of regional economic development in southern, central and northern of Jiangsu exist, and thus its three regional level of development of modern agriculture also has its own specificity, which requires the comparative analysis of starting point, background and development of modern agriculture in Jiangsu. The social development features of the three areas are needed to research. The model of modern agriculture is selected in order to target the construction of the local area, and the different development strategies can be used to achieve the three regional coordinated development of modern agriculture.Firstly, the development of modern agriculture and the international background of the current situation are analyzed in this paper. The theoretical researches on the development of modern agriculture at home and abroad are summarized. The valuable experience is obtained. The understanding of the development of modern agriculture is strengthened and the significance of the development of modern agriculture and trends are proposed. The relationships between agricultural modernization and development of modern agriculture and the construction of new socialist countryside are analyzed.Secondly, the concepts, objects, functions and principles of modern agricultural development are described and defined. On the basis of the summarization of the general theory of modern agricultural development, urban and rural integration theory, industrial integration theory, theory of circular economy and sustainable development, the key part of this paper is carried out. The evaluation index system, guidelines and principles of construction of modern agricultural development are proposed, and the evaluation index system of Jiangsu is built. at the same time, the steps on the comprehensive evaluation, indicators and determining the weights of evaluation indexes are analyzed to determine the target value.Third, according to the analysis results of the large amounts of data, the core part of this research project is carried out, Based on the definition and the comprehensive investigation of modern agricultural development of the three regions in Jiangsu, the general state of modern agriculture, the integrated production levels to support the level of protection, the social services, and the evaluation of the level of sustainable agricultural development are analyzed and evaluated. The difference in the modern agriculture between the three regions is obtained.Finally, the main conclusion of each chapter in full text are summarized, it is pointed out that the difference in regional economic, cultural ideas and social services is the main reason of the formation of three region development gap for the Jiangsu. In allusion to the regional characteristics, the focus and advantages of social development and the difficulties of modern agriculture, the corresponding regional development strategies are proposed.The agricultural industry and the open development model should be strengthened in the northern of Jiangsu; the integration of urban-rural integration and development model should be promoted in the central of Jiangsu; the accelerating the development of high-tech and intensive model should be proposed in the southern of Jiangsu. The concept of the modern agriculture development is proposed, which must be based on science and technology as the core and the synchronization of the ecological resources lifeline and economic development.
