Fujian as the production of tea, has a long history of tea production. In the early Tang Dynasty, Lu Yu were related to account on Fujian-tea in the book<tea>. In the Southern Tang, Jianou has" Beiyuan tea"," tea of dragon and Phoenix Group" specially built for Royal use; In the Ming Dynasty, Fujian-tea produced, has accounted for more than half of the total output. Until to the Qing Dynasty, Fujian is the main producing areas of Chinese tea, the region not only concentrated in the north of Fujian, but also in East of Fujian and South of Fujian, the development of tea be just unfolding. This paper uses a large number of local existing literature in the history, and absorb the results of previous studies, to discuss the tea production and distribution of Qing Dynasty in Fujian, preliminary inspect the natural environment(climate, topography, soil, rivers) and the humanities environment(traffic, town, population, policy) of the Qing Dynasty in Fujian. Subsequently, from tea planting, cultivation, production of morphological aspects, focus on analysis, investigation of early and middle Qing Dynasty Fujian-tea production and sales. The result is, in the Qing Dynasty, the structure of natural economy (Provide for oneself) has local breakthrough, farmers began to enter the field of grain production, especially in tea plant, the tea production technology has been improved to some extent. At that time, Fujian-tea not only has the domestic market, but also the overseas market. Many places open up new tea garden in the Fujian province, establish tea factory or hired to operate the manual workshop, the tea producing areas can be basically divided into four regions:the North of Fujian、the East of fujian、 the West of fujian and the South of fujian. Among them, the north of Fujian, the East of Fujian and the South of fujian are the most outstanding, In the Qing Dynasty, the extensive cultivation and sales of Fujian-tea produced far-reaching effect on local economy, environment and society.
