The Developing Strategy Of WD Enterprise

Small and medium port enterprises have special significances and functions for small and medium enterprises as well as port industry. First, it is the important aspect of small and medium enterprises; second, small and medium ports play a comparatively great throughput in port logistics. Thus, it is especially important to research the developing strategy of small and medium port enterprise. This paper makes the developing strategy of WD enterprise as an example, and provides reference for research on developing strategy of small and medium port enterprises.This paper introduces the basic situations and current problems of WD enterprise, and then analyses the internal and external environment as well as the competition environment through SWOT analysis method. Also, this paper suggests WD enterprise to accept growth strategy through SWOT and simulation comparison analysis methods. After determining the growth strategy, paper suggests specific strategic position of developing professional international refrigerated port, and other strategic objectives, measures and supports.
