Research On The Business Model Of Logistios Enterprises And Supply Chain Business Penetration Mode

With the rapid development of economic globalization and informatization, economic activity has completely broken the restrictions of region, nationality, industry and technology. It has entered a high-speed diversified developing period guided by informatization. The competition between the modern enterprises has evolved into a competition between the supply chains. While the competition between enterprises, especially industrial enterprises, become more and more intensive, the logistics enterprises began to play an important role in the supply chain as "the third profit source".Development of logistics enterprises in China so far, has made considerable progress and brilliant achievements. It also exposed a lot of problems. The most common one is the lack of innovative business model adapt to the characteristics of the enterprises.In this background, this paper brings a business model adapt to the rapid developing logistics company in Guangxi by the analysis of modern logistics business model and supply chain management.First of all, it analyses traditional logistics companies such as transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding business, and modern logistics companies such as third party logistics. This paper innovatively starts the analysis from the three dimensions that compose the business model. It analyses all kinds of business models from aspects of the logistics enterprises in the location of the enterprises in the industrial chain, the scope of business and profit model, so as to find the entry point for business model innovation.Secondly, this paper innovatively brings the "supply chain business penetration mode", under the guidance of supply chain management theory. By analyzing the relationship between the scientific feasibility of the supply chain management and supply chain management and logistics management, it points out the weakest link of the existing business model for the cooperation between the supply chain upstream and downstream enterprises. The paper suggests that under the guidance of the supply chain management theory, logistics enterprises should penetrate into upstream and downstream enterprises, in aspects of the supply chain position, scope of business and profit model.Furthermore, this paper in-depth analyses how the supply chain business penetration mode is used in the logistics enterprises transforming, by using Guangxi high-speed logistics company as a subject. It guides enterprises to use this innovative mode to get new development.
