Trade interests gained are determined by the position in the international divisionof labor, the higher it is, the more benefit will be got. China is access to fewer interestsbecause it is located in the low position of the global value chain, but also improperforeign trade structure at present. It is of practical significance to study on theinfluencing factors for China’s trade profit allocation, which can prompt industrialupgrading, perfect foreign trade structure to promote the position of the internationaldivision of labor. This paper first refers that China’s trade profits means the gains from the tradewith other countries, summarizing the standard for weighing it: absolute export income, terms of trade and trade attachment value. Second, it is said in the paper that theSino-USA’s trade benefit assignment is reflected on the distribution among thegovernments, enterprises and individuals, comparing with America which is thebiggest partner of China. This assignment proves that Sino-US trade is win-win,merely, America gets more benefits, and gains by China are limited. This result leads todiscuss the general influencing factors for trade profit allocation. It includes economicones: trade volume, price index of import and export, structure of foreign trade, technical progress and foreign direct investment. The size in the standard of tradebenefits assignment induced by these factors will change. It also includes political ones;favorable international environment is the basis of trade profit allocation andreasonable trade policies will made their own benefits increase. Then, taking the tradebetween China and America for example, this paper estimates the Sino-US trade ingoods and services trade index, set up two countries trade distribution of interests ofthe standard model and influence factors model, and empirically. Research shows thatthe distribution of benefits from trade with a country’s technology progress and foreigntrade structure has the very high correlation. Among them, the export of high-tech product manufactured goods and the proportion of Sino-US trade interest distributionhas significant positive correlation effect, and the proportion of high and newtechnology export is the most significant influence. The study also shows that importscan reduce China’s trade interests of the United States, but the negative effect canthrough the service trade export expansion phase offset; Finally, this paper thinks thatsome international trade policies and suggestions can be used to enlarge thedistribution of interests in international trade for China, such as by relying on technicalprogress to promote the weight of high-tech products in export, prompting the updateof processing trade, developing the industry of manufacturing, adjusting the structureof foreign trade and strengthening the international cooperation.
