With the development of globalization, as a social stabilizer, non-profit organization is paid more and more attention all over the world. In the past, depending on the government financial aid and social donation, the nonprofit organization could provide sufficient funds for holding all kinds of service activities. However, because of the international economic recession, the government’s fiscal situation was not good, crunched the budget, so the government reduced support on non-profit organizations gradually. At the same time, people and enterprise obtained income decrease, the donation also corresponding reducing. When the main source of fundraising blocked, non-profit organization had to change the traditional way of funding. At the same time, because of the differences between the nonprofit organization and the profit organization and its lack of a sound legal system, it met a large number of development bottleneck in the actual process of operation, such as missing responsibility mechanism and social credibility, lacking of market operation ability and sustainability, lacking of evaluation and supervision mechanism.Be comprehensive of facing resources dilemma and the development of its limited factors, under the influence of environment turmoil in domestic and international, non-profit organization finding profit channel for development positively, being continue organization life, through industrialization to achieve the social purpose, has become the inevitable trend of development. The nonprofit organization changed relationship between the government into a partnership, took responsible for part of the government function, and also introduced the enterprise management theory and management means, using the industrialization way to compete with the enterprise and obtain income. And because our country got the limited government aid and social donation, social public volunteer spirit and public welfare mission relative light, so the tendency of the industrialization of non-profit organizations would be stronger.But at the same time, we should also be clear to recognize, non-profit organization took to the road of industrialization produced a series of problems, such as lack of social purpose, lack of the social public trust, loss competition ability, lack of assessment and the supervision system, and the problems made the industrialization operation ideally. Therefore, how to under the community accepting standards, through industrialization how to gain organizational survival needs profit, realize the social purpose, is we urgently need to solve the problem.This paper begins from the study of the theory of the industrialization of non-profit organization related, such as the definition and features of the nonprofit organization and industrialization, on the basis of this,it gets the concept of industrialization of nonprofit organization, and makes industry related economic theory as the theoretical basis. Then, it analysis situation of the development of the industrialization of non-profit organizations in our country, sums up a series of problems appeared in the process of the industrialization development. After the study on the path of the nonprofit organization industrialization development at home and abroad, the final according to existing problems, it proposes policy suggestions how to promote the development of the industrialization of non-profit organizations in our country, hoping to provide nonprofit organization and the government and related departments to promote as the basis in the future.
