Reserach On The Development Of The Organization Of Agricultural Industrialization

Nowadays,the industrialization management of agriculture is the inevitable choice to push agriculture from traditional farming to modernized agriculture. The substance of agricultural industrialization is the innovation of agriculture management organization and mutuality. It is also the sustainable development of the form of organization from single to cooperative to achieve the division of labor and intensive economy. The party’s sixth plenary session through17th of the CPC central committee decides to accelerate the industrialized operation of agriculture, vigorously develop modern agriculture, and effectively improve the level of agricultural and rural economic development from the stability and integrity of the rural basic management systems, which has great significance for promoting the construction of modern agriculture and innovating agricultural management system mechanism. As far as the current situation in China, we have created many kinds of forms of industrial organization which immensely enriches industrial management of agriculture to fit for the industrialization management of agriculture. They make an important contribution to increasing farmers’income and enhancing agricultural competitive strength. However, there are many problems in the organization of agricultural industrialization, such as small sizes, poor performances, lack of funds, the serious quality safety of agriculture, the shortage of talent people, the low level of opening and so on. These problems have seriously affected the healthy development of Agricultural Industrialization. Therefore, the urgency is to address sustainable development issues for the organization of China’s industrial management of agriculture.Based on researching the relative literatures, analyzing the background, the passage systematically analyses theoretical basis to achieve the sustainable development of the industrial management of agriculture organizations, makes clear the intrinsic link between the business development of the organization and industrial management of agriculture and systematically analyzes dependency of the interest between the organization of agricultural industrialization and farmers. Then it posts that Joint-stock cooperative business organization is the direction of sustainable development of the organization of agricultural industrialization and puts forward the improving principle of the organization of Agricultural Industrialization and the structure of sustainable organization of Agricultural Industrialization. At last, the passage gives some advices for the improving of sustainable organization of agricultural industrialization to achieve the transformation of the industrial management of agriculture organizations and the sustainable development of China’s industrial management of agriculture organization.
