The telecommunication is a important activity in our life, For the Operators of telecommunication company, reducing the investment and attracting more subscribers is very important. For the suppliers of Telecommunication Company, Such as N company, continuing sales is very important, but there are only3operators and5suppliers in Chinese telecommunication market, the market is a competitive market.N company wants to make more revenue and reduce cost, but how to make this result is a difficult case. As the main part of department of customer service, engineers are very important for N company. The performance management of engineers can influent of the success of N company.This article based on the analysis of research result; make some changes to the performance management currently. Give the engineers fair and objectivity feedback is the main purpose of this new performance management system.Too many young engineer joined N company from2010, how to manage them is the purpose of this article.The research result can be used in other companies who are the technique service company. Such as the competitors of N company.
