| The issuance of several opinions of state council to advance the construction and development of hainan international tourism island (guo fa [2009] no.44, hereinafter referred to as the "certain opinions"),which marks Hainan international tourism island construction has been promoted to be a national strategy."Certain opinions" will be the strategic positioning Hainan as " tourism industry reform and innovation experimental area of China " and "the world-class leisure tourist island ", and put forward " running some international tourism sports entertainment project in Hainan to explore the development of quizzes type sports lottery and open lottery tickets of large international event." from "strive to develop the modem service industry which related to tourism and promote the transformation&upgrade of service industry ".Gaming industry is not only the important component parts of tourism product structure of Hainan.but also is a fine tourism reform and innovation example of China.At present, the illegal lottery ticket prevail in Hainan and its spread has poisoned many aspects of Hainan, which is very inharmonious with the image of Hainan international tourism island.Hainan provincial party committee and government have severely punished the inundant illegal lottery ticket for many times, but it is still long-standing even get worse. From the psychological perspective, gaming behavior is a kind of human needs, it’d better be legalized, development in a scientific way rather than completely banned to meet the demands of the people and give full positive effect play to the gaming industry. Based on the realistic background above, I choose " the research of Hainan gaming industry development under international tourism island construction " as the topic of my graduation thesis.This paper aimed to analysis the conditions of the gaming industry development in Hainan, summarizes the experience of Hongkong and Macao gaming industry development and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of Hainan gaming industry development.Therefore, the gaming industry development of Hainan are preliminarily studied by many analysis methods such as the research methods of literature study, quantitative analysis method, the qualitative analysis, comparative analysis and system analysis and so on, according to the needs of the research.
