A Research On The Tourism Real Estate Development In Hainan International Tourism Island

As a product of the integration and development of tourism and real estate, tourism real estate has been fully developed in the form of timeshare vacation abroad, and has emerged along with the advancement of reform and opening up at home. It has become an important carrier supporting the national economy growth and enhancing people’s living level. Hainan is the birthplace of China’s tourism real estate, and influences greatly the development of domestic tourism real estate. With the construction of the International Tourism Island, Hainan has become a hot spot of tourism real estate at home, which is representative and of guidance significance in the development and management, and innovation of the tourism real estate. In the meanwhile, the development of Hainan tourism real estate in these years also meets some problems, such as imperfect planning and development, projects more in name than in reality, similar development orientations, and lack of marketing promotion.With the theories of real estate development, marketing, and operation management, based on SWOT analysis and empirical analysis, and through a large number of examples and data, this paper compares the development experiences of tourism real estate in some other mature international tourism islands such as Hawaii, Bali, Phuket Island, Jeju Island, and researches and analyzes the development and problems of Hainan tourism real estate under the background of construction of Hainan International Tourism Island.
