Empirical Study On The Satisfaction Of Rural Information Service

Rural is the key of primary construction of our country. Developing rural information service,which make information technology a significant impetus of improving people’s manufacture andliving standard, is the important content of our country’s agricultural informatization constructionand modernization development.Firstly, paper begins with research background of the assessment of rural information servicesatisfaction. As an important part of rural informatization and rural public services, ruralinformation service is the core of construction of agriculture, rural areas and farmers in ourcountry. On the perspective of the object to give a scientific and reasonable evaluation of ruralinformation service can promote the construction of socialistic new rural areas andservice-oriented government.Secondly, based on the definition of some relevant conceptions, paper explains the intensionof the rural information service, and builds the academic frame of rural information service frommany aspects, such as its features, objects, content and ways. The definition of rural informationservice satisfaction will be put forward after drawing lessons from the research achievements ofcustomer satisfaction, which can help to explain the formation mechanism of it.Thirdly, this chapter aims to have a knowledge of famers’ general and partial satisfaction ofrural information service through adopting reasonable evaluation index and designing a scientificquestionnaire which including the four elements of rural information service system: the subject,content, way and assurance.Finally, according to the satisfaction evaluation system of rural information service, thequestionnaire is presented and applied to analyze the status quo of Changle’s rural informationservice in Fujian province. At the same time, paper also analyzes the research results andinfluencing factors in order to put forward to proposals to solve the problems of service subject,content, way and assurance which composed to the rural information service system.
