Research On Development Of Shanxi’s Producer Services

Since the1980s, the world’s major national economic gradually shift by the industry-led"service oriented". Among them, the producer services is the focus of the development of serviceindustry as the most dynamic sectors of national economy, its increasingly significant role inpromoting the development of the manufacturing industry, as well as national economic growth.The mid-1990s, producer services in the OECD countries the service sector share of GDP reachedmore than1/3of the service sector share of GDP over70%. In recent years, with the rapiddevelopment of the national economy in Shanxi, producer services also gradually on the rise andflourish. However, until2010, the the Shanxi service sector share of GDP was37.09%, the producerservices share of GDP is only23.24%, far below the national average. Shanxi Province, theeconomic development of a strong dependence of the secondary industry, service industries,particularly the development of producer services is slow and its leading role in the nationaleconomy is not significant. Therefore, the study of producer services development in ShanxiProvince, helping Shanxi industrial structure adjustment and economic development mode shift hasa positive role in the achievement of sustainable economic development in Shanxi Province.Closely around the basic concepts of producer services, the use of a combination of theoreticalanalysis and empirical analysis, producer services discussed in Shanxi. First, the paper describes thebackground and significance, and research status at home and abroad were reviewed; in combingsummarize the main industries of economic theory and producer services theory on the basis of thedomestic and international production services industry trends,2008-2010Status and Problems ofproducer services in Shanxi; again, from an empirical perspective, the use of Shanxi relevant data inthe input-output tables, between the various industries and service industries in Shanxi coefficientof consumption, total consumption coefficient, the industry influence coefficient, industrialdistribution coefficient index, explore the relationship between the industry. The results show thatShanxi producer services to the total amount of GDP is low, slow the pace of development anddegree of market irrational talent structure and other issues; Finally, given on the basis of theoreticalanalysis and empirical analysis of policy proposals put forward should be a reasonable plan,vigorously promote market-oriented reforms, optimize the personnel structure, building servicestechnical service system and policy recommendations to help the development of producer servicesin Shanxi.
