Research Based On National Consumption Concept Of Building A Harmonious Society

Today,consumption has showed a very important influence in people’’s life.Thesurvival of mankind needs consumption,the development needs consumption,and theprogress of the society also cannot leave consumption.But compared with the past,theconsumption concept changes a lot,and occurs phenomenon departing from thecorrect.In the17th NPC，Hu Jintao emphasizes that " the new stage of the new century,facing the new situation and new tasks, new contradictions and problems, we musthighly hold the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics,insist anddevelop the successful experience of socialism with Chinese characteristics,adhere tothe people-oriented, promote scientific development, promote social harmony".Theconstruction of a harmonious society is a long-term and arduous process.It isnecessary to do the research on national consumption concept,and class the correctconcept.From the view of historical materialism,this paper summarizes and discussesdifferent consumption concepts at home and abroad.Based on the current situation ofour country’s consumption concept and requirements of building a harmonioussociety,it analyzes the reasons and the relationship between the national consumptionconcept and harmonious society,and on this basis,combines with adhere to thepeople-centered concept,puts forward to build green,moderate,rational,harmoniousconsumption concept,promotes the sustainable development of nature,society andeconomy.
