Research On Purchasing Process Optimization In H Enterprise Based On Supply Chain Management

The theory of supply chain management is a powerful tool for the modern enterprise to enhance the ability of conformity of company resources, improve the economic efficiency of enterprises. This thesis to the beverage industry H enterprise as an example, studies the procurement under supply chain management flow optimization design and method of supplier evaluation. H enterprise has formed a certain scale, but still follows the traditional mode of procurement management, has not been able to adapt the needs of rapid development of enterprise, becouse procurement business is relatively weak. H Enterprise need to optimize design of purchasing management.This paper uses the theory of supply chain management and business process optimization methods to analusis the H enterprise procurement process situation, work, and shortcomings. Through the ASME analysis method to analysis the H enterprise procurement process, it is found that the process of purchasing process and supplier selection and evaluation system of H company are in some deficiencies and shortcomings. This paper makes clear each link working process and working standard, and puts forward the procurement process optimization design mainly from aspects of removing invalid activities and improving efficiency.Aiming at the supply chain of key suppliers selection problem, this paper analysises the existing purchasing process and supplier evaluation and selection process, establishs a scientific, complete, and measurable supplier evaluation system, and uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for supplier evaluation. Through the collection of expert opinions, we can adjust matrix form and choose the best suppliers as a long-term business partner according to the evaluation results. According to the service quality, the supplier information and judging matrix is updated constantly to maintain the supplier selection accuracy and reliability. Finally, the supplier competition mechanism is formed, and the product quality and service leve are improved and controled constantly from source.When process optimization design are carried out, office automation system are needed to unify the purchasing business process standards, while all activities of the procurement business processes are recorded and correct to find inadequate questions. This paper studies the flow optimization method and the supplier evaluation and selection method, which has certain value to other enterprises.
