Under the impact of supply chain management, buyers and suppliers have gradually become interdependent partners from the traditional game relationship. Supplier selection and procurement processes that throughout the whole process are the important parts of the supply chain management.They can reduce production costs, the inventory, and the amount of funds, improve the ability to respond to fluctuations in demand,create competitiveness of enterprises that ensure the enterprises in a good position in the fast changing market.This paper starts from the supply chain management, focusing on combing the supplier management and purchasing. To WSD company, it introduces the industry background, the basic situation of enterprise development, including internal environmental analysis at first. And then analyzes the status of procurement.Through the WSD value analysis of the chain and cost structure, recognizing the idea of the supplier and procurement processes as the company's important position in the WSDFinally, in order to improve the competitiveness of the company of WSD,strengthen the company's materials purchase, combined with the problems in the supplier management and purchasing process, this paper applies the theory of supply chain management, proposes the supplier management strategy and the optimization measures of the purchasing process:proposing new ideas about the proposed criteria for supplier selection, evaluation system and how to strengthen partnerships with suppliers and other aspects.Using ASME analysis method in the company's traditional purchasing process, simplifying the complex work in processes,proposing optimization methods and strategies in purchasing process.
