Enterprise resource planning system (Enterprise Resources Planning, hereinafter referred to as ERP) is a systematic management ideology built on information technology, and also is a platform to provide corresponding information service for all levels of the enterprise. Through the construction of the ERP system, it can help enterprises to establish a unified management platform to achieve the sharing of information, and realize the unified planning and co-ordination of enterprises resource further. Therefore, the success of ERP project implementation will provide an effective means for the enterprise to implement informatization. The application of ERP in developed countries is common and successful, but the number of enterprises that are successful to implement ERP project in China is few. Because the ERP project has the characteristics of involving a wide range, difficult, long cycle, and implementation of ERP projects has a high risk. Therefore, what risks that should be paid attention to in the process of ERP implementation, and how to control the occurrence of these risks to make enterprises implement ERP successfully, all of these should be thought about by enterprises.This article made a special study on the risk of ERP project implementation of the Daqing Oilfield. Firstly, the article analysis the implementing ERP project status of domestic and international oilfield companies. Then starting from the background of Daqing Oilfield ERP project implementation, it introduces the necessity and feasibility of ERP project implementation, and introduces the plan and program of Daqing Oilfield ERP project implementation. According to the relative theory of ERP, and based on the theories of project management and risk management, the article combines the theoretical research with the practical application, and studies various types of risk that exist in the ERP project implementation of Daqing Oilfield, and uses the "analytic hierarchy process" to quantify the risk and to determine the important degree of different risk. Finally, the article gives the corresponding risk-controlling countermeasures for different risk. Hoping through the risk-controlling research on ERP project implementation of Daqing Oilfield, it can provide some referential significance and references for other oil companies that implement ERP project in the future.
