Based on current situation and development features of international project bidding and bidding decision I enterprises at home and abroad, the methods and models of bidding decision to undertake a comprehensive analysis and summary, in the premise to establish bidding decision-making mechanism, comprehensive information platform foundation safeguard, straighten out the bid decision-making process, the establishment of scientific selection of bidding decision model, application the bidding decision system, build a set of applicable to the business operation, so as to provide basis and support to improve the level and efficiency of bidding decision of enterprises, has a certain production practice.Bidding decision is divided into bidding decision and pricing decisions of the two stage.
