In the entire process of project selection, analysis and implementation, there exist a lot of internal and external interference factors which can not be pre-defined, I These disturbances is known as engineering risk. If unchecked, the impact of risk will expand, and even cause the interruption of the whole project scrapped. Project risk management is one of the important parts of project management, risk management as a measure of project management level is an important index of the project, it determines whether the project is successful, it is also a main measures of improve the cost, schedule and quality control precision, and be an important factor to determine the core competitiveness of the project management. With more large scales and more fast speeds of construction projections, much more risks are fronted by construction companies, hence higher demands for administration of projections. Risk management research is in continuously developing state, and gradually applied to the management of many projects in China, but our overall project risk management theory is not in very advanced level, the practical application of the results are unsatisfactory, there are some gaps when comparing with developed countries. So how to apply risk management theory to our construction projects is an urgent issue.The author introduces the definition and classification of project risk and risk management, describes the project risk management research both at home and abroad, analyzes the current problems in risk management in our country, and gives the corresponding solution. This article introduces the risk analysis and identification, risk assessment and risk control in detail, describes how to conduct risk analysis identification, risk assessment and risk control in details, process from the actual context of the specific project in Daqing Construction Group, identify risk factors and establish levels of integrated assessment model of the first phase of the project in Zhanaruoer oil fields by using AHP method, and identify key project management through the assessment, provide a reliable technical basis for the actual work, it is an effective way and practical guidance to avoid and resolve project risks and reduce the loss of risk by study on project risk management issues deeply.
