Situated in the times when economic globalization deepens increasingly,the enterprise is confronted with more challenges.Radically speaking,the competition between enterprises is the talent rival.Therefore,human resources management plays a key role in all kinds of management factors.At Present, the Hohhot City CGX hotel staff became troubled by the high turnover rate hotel management Problems.Hotel Personnel resulted in high wastage rate is not only CGX hotels in Huhhot City, the loss of skills and experience, to Hohhot City CGX Hotel Enterprises affect the normal operations, but also a direct threat to the hotel’s survival and development.Therefore, how to Promote the orderly flow of Personnel to avoid brain drain and achieve optimal allocation of human resources is that each star-rated hotels in Hohhot City and the Commonly faced Problems to be solved,but also in Hohhot City hotel industry, sustainable and healthy development of the key.Through summarizing the development of hotel industry of Huatian Group and its human resources management history,the text introduces and analyzes the situation of human resources,finds out the problems which exist in the system of human resources management. Besides,the article analyzes the microenvironment,industry environment and resource condition of its human resources development. Analyze the loss of the employees may be the cost of hotel enterprises, such as loss of quality of service loss,nternal communication mode interference and hotel information services loss,loss of prestige brands such as adverse effeets,but also as the individual employees also have a serious negative impact.Therefore, this paper depend on"people-oriented"hotel corporate culture, to carry out a comprehensive human resources Planning, the establishment of a scientific Personnel system, optimize the pay system, and the national design of job content, reduce work Pressure and staff turnover early-warning mechanism to strengthen contract management staff, effective Prevention and control of the Hohhot City CGX hotel employees and the loss of specific measures related o the proposed security system is set up in order to aehieve the purpose of controlling the loss of hotel staff as well as the Hohhot City CGX hotel will benefit the sound development of the industry.
