Studies On Moral Culture In Agricultural Enterprises

As the mother industry of human beings agriculture is the root of national economic development, social security and state independence. Related to which,agricultural enterprises as an engine for agriculturl development have a direct impact on the economic, social and political development.With the development of the market economy, a lot of agricultural enterprises in market competition show the disabilies in balancing the benefit and moral relations, so that the lack of moral behavior occurs which bring great harms to the consumer, enterprise itself and the society. Facing the deletion of moral culture, the most effective way is to strengthen the construction of moral culture in agricultural enterprises.Strengthening the construction of moral culture and creating an advanced and excellent corporate culture in agricultural enterprise is not only the practical demand for agricultural enterprise’s sustainable development,but also the objective requirement for following the trend of the times and constructing the harmonious society. Therefore, the studies on agricultural business ethics culture research is of great practical significance and academic value.By means of combining theory and practice,and the analysis of combining the normative and empirical,firstly,the concept, characteristic and function of professional terms such as agricultural enterprises, corporate culture and is described in detail,and also the significance of strengthening the constucion moral culture in agricultural enterprise is discussed.Thereafter, on the basis of phenomenon of moral deficiency in agriculture enterprise,the performance, harm and cause of moral culture deficiency are analyzed and summarized.Finaly, the basic requirements, the basic content, target and the concrete thinking of the construction of agricultural enterprise moral culture are raised.This study will provide a theoretical guidance for the he construction of agricultural enterprise moral culture.
