Healthy industry is at the end of the last century the rise of emerging industries, it to public health as the basis, in order to develop the cause of health as their responsibility, through physical activity management orderly and studies to achieve whole society health awareness. In twenty-first Century the health industry is not only the necessity of people life but also the life quality promotion representative. Health industry with humanism, with the industrialization potential, can effectively compensate for the lack of public health, research and health characteristics of the enterprises development has positive significance. With the economic development, the fast pace of work, increased psychological stress, changes of the environment and risk factors, new diseases must be recognized. Health becomes a widespread concern, and health is treated as a fashion of looking health and a means of promoting health, accompanied by the open market. Following IT industry, health industry becomes a sunrise industry; medical industry can be called into the sunrise of sunrise industry.This paper researches how to effectively make themselves unique in a number of medical institution with increasingly competitive market situation; how to achieve rapid development through clear market position and effective two-way communication, based on Qingdao Cangnuo health management. In order to understand health medical center conditions and to build the relevant theoretical framework, this paper applies document analysis and questionnaire analysis, and analyses their opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses with SWTO analysis. After a year of practice, medical center achieves a better application results, improves efficiency, increase the number of daily physical examination, increase satisfaction gradually and lays a good basis to carry out health management.This paper attempts to research marketing strategy of medical market from the local medical centers in recent years comprehensively. Market changes based on economic conditions and medical market changes caused by consumer psychology can provide a new perspective and research approach, so as to provide a reference views for Qingdao Health Center even Chinese health inspection agencies.
