| Since the founding of new China, the government has formulated a variety of social endowment insurance policy due to political, economic, cultural and social factors. Different pension treatments resulted in the larger division of social class structure, which is not conducive to long-term peace of the country’s social harmony and stability. In this social context, to explore the relationship of the pension insurance system and social class structure in China has a very important theoretical value and practical significance.The study, by means of historical methods, field studies, inductive methods and statistical methods, combed the value orientation of social endowment insurance policy at different times since the founding of new China; induced three differences among different groups of urban workers in terms of the pension treatment; analyzed the state of pension of all social classes in Chinese society and explore the impact of the pension insurance system on the social class structure in China, on the basis of which, the recommendations of the pension insurance system were raised.The final conclusion of this article is:the government should take drastic measures, continued to narrow the gap between the rich and the poor; to give full play to the pension insurance system on the regulatory role of the social class structure; to especially pay attention to playing an important role of the social work in the improvement of Old-age insurance system. |
