Tea is one of main agricultural products in Songyang county, at present the county-wide agricultural output1/3value and the farmers’1/3income both come from the tea industry, meanwhile the county-wide1/3populations are engaged in the tea industry. Songyang country located at the Western Zhejiang Mt. Nan area, which situated at Oujiang River upstream, has1406square kilometers, of region area and6.1square kilometers of the city area. It has an ecological environment, culture and the revolutionary tradition to be fine deeply, which is a giant development potential county. The soil condition and the climatic environment are suitable for planting the tea, which is excellent in its quality. It is very suitable for building the tea Processing industry in Songyang country due to its rich land resource and convenient transportation.It has studied Songyang country ecological status of the tea industry from four aspects which are tea planting, tea processing, tea distribution and tea-tourism. Proposed must pay great attention the tea seedling improved variety in the tea planter process, the standardization, the tea garden ecology, the industrial formalization. At the same time, to enhance the tea garden the economic benefit, proposed a closed three-dimensional cultivation of garden techniques and program income.
