Study On Data Quality Assessment System Of Forestry Statistics

In the modern era,statistical data in various industry plays a more and more prominent,even as some industry to measure the development of important basis. With the continuous development of forestry, forestry statistical content unceasingly rich, every year can produce a large number of forestry statistics, but the forestry statistical data quality evaluation is paid attention to more and more, at the same time,it need to scientific and effective manage and monitor the forestry statistics data quality. In this paper, based on the domestic and foreign scholars on the basis of the research, discussed forestry statistical data quality evaluation system construction of the related problem. Its purpose is to pass pair of forestry statistics data quality assessment system theory research, improve government and forestry statistics departments scientific and decision-making level, promote the rapid development of forestry economy.The forestry statistical data quality assessment purposes,in order to improve the forestry statistical data utilization rate and to meet the needs of users,to adapt to the development of society.Firstly, In the preparation of work,overview of domestic and foreign to the forestry statistical data quality assessment research,in describing the forestry statistical data quality on the basis of the status quo,analysis of its existing problems. In choosing evaluation index, to highlight the characteristics of forestry statistic data, complete performance of forestry statistics data quality with qualitative and quantitative attributes.In the assessment process,using the analytic hierarch process(AHP) to give a weight to every index,and the combination of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the forestry statistical data quality,at the same time,in order to form a complete systemt,we must to the evluation of data quality monitoring and management;Finally,we will assess Heilongjiang province forestry statistical data quality,selecting the evaluation index,refining these indexs,and established the actual data of evaluation index system.After assess the forestry statistical data quality,according to the construction process of the problem put forward reasonable suggestions,and hope that it can be help deeply assessment work in the future.
