Build A Standard System About Quality Of Statistical Data Used In The Evaluation Of Resources Economy Transition

Currently,resource-based cities account for a large quantity in our country.In the past time,they have played a significant role in the economic development of our country by using natural resources.With the continuous development of economy,the majority of non-renewable resources are less and less.The vast majority of resource-based cities are facing severe situation including resources are exhausted and the city is polluted seriously.The various facts of city development of resource-based cities have reached a bottleneck,so we must transform their economy from the heavy industry and the heavy industry into the light industry or tourism,which can promote the sustainable development of China and enhance the comprehensive competitive of resource-based cities.We have to evaluate the effect of transition,to learn the result and what we should do next.Only we understand where the problem is,could we revise in time.The quality of statistical data which is used in the evaluation of transition is crucial for the results,even we can say that statistical data is the soul of the process evaluating the transition of resource economy.It is an important way to learn the current situation of economic transition,and make the right decisions for the next transition.With the accelerating development of economy,the economic activities arc more and more active.The researchers have a more and more increasingly demand on the quality of statistical data.The compiling difficulty of statistical data is increasing.A lot of improvement work is done in statistics in our country and now we achieve a little success.However,there are still many problems in the quality of statistical data.The current situation of the quality of statistical data in the evaluation of resources economic restructuring is analyzed in this paper.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part depicts the significance of the quality of statistical data in the evaluation of resources economic transition and makes a review of the literature about the evaluation of resources economic transition and the quality of statistical data.The second part elaborates the necessity of the evaluation of resources economic transition and the steps.Then,the problems it may appear and the reasons causing the problems are composed in this part.The third part explains the necessity to evaluate the quality of statistical data.And in the next step,a standard system of statistical data quality is build.The last part applies the standard system of statistical data quality into the evaluation of resources economic transition in Shanxi Province and then analyzes the current situation of quality of statistical data in the evaluation of resources economic restructuring in Shanxi.
