NS Plant’s Purchasing Mode Migration In AD Company

In recent decades, purchasing function has becoming more and more important forcorporation development, there’s no doubt that procurement strategy has become animportant part of the corporation strategic decision-making.In recent30to40years, procurement function has evolved from the traditional serviceroles become important tools and means of internal information exchange and valueexchange, many companies begin to strengthen the assessment and management of theirsuppliers through the change of supplier management processes and system re-design.Many companies are trying to establish a suitable procurement decision-making processthrough continuous exploration, however, we have to admit that different business structureand operations determine the different approaches and models.In this research, I analyzed the procument mode of the AD NS plant, discussed themode of the entire procurement process, try to find the reason of the successful procurementmode change, for example, why it’s necessary to change its existed procurement mode?what’s the target of the change? where’re the key points for the mode change process?I also compared all the difference before and after the procurement modetransformation.
