| Through inquiring into100small and medium-sized electronic information enterprises of Beijing, Shanghai and other places, found that both cooperation among enterprises and cooperation of industry-university-institute were the common modes. Then the question is which mode is the better one? This paper argues that, the ultimate goal of the cooperative innovation is pursue to a good cooperation innovation performance which is also the criteria of cooperation innovation mode selection.Based on this thought, this article takes the initiative of cooperation enterprise party as the starting point, synthesized and summarized the performance of cooperation among enterprises and cooperation industry-university-institute, and according to the innovative features of small and medium-sized electronic information enterprises established a evaluation index system. The index system including four aspects, such as product development effect, economic benefit, the technical effect, learning effect, and it is the basis of analysis and appraisal performance lead to facilitate cooperation innovation mode selection.Because the performance of the cooperative innovation includes both quantitative and qualitative, this paper choose the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method which is simple operation and easy for mastery by enterpeises. Through to two case studies carried by a small electronic information enterprise, found that both modes could make ideal innovation performance and does not exist a significant difference. But the value of various performance indicators of the two modes are remarkably different, and the greatest contribution of the cooperation industry-university-institute is the learning ability, while the effect of product development is the greatest contribution of cooperation among enterprises. Therefore, enterprise should be choose the different patter based on its requirements, there is not absolute difference between the two models. |
