How doesknowledge management merged into project management? This is largely related tothe success of the enterprise project management, it is critical to the development ofthe enterprises.In this paper, based on the analysis on the basic theory of knowledge management andproject management, the author discusses the project management processknowledge management application, analysis, project management in the need forknowledge management, and from individual and organizational level, processperspective, different modules such as project management, knowledge managementin a different perspective on the use of project management to do the analysis andelaboration of the knowledge management project in the PDCS paint defect analysisin the application.
