The Application Research On Knowledge Management In Construction Project Management

Due to the impact of economic globalization,the construction enterprises are faced with both opportunities and challenges as a pillar industry of our country. Within 20 years, project management,as the basis of construction enterprise management, had a great development in all aspects. Knowledge management has been applied in more and more industries and organizations, which is a new management method. It not only helps construction enterprise adapt to the new economic environment and contributes to the healthy development of enterprises, but also enhance the core competitiveness of construction enterprises in china.The paper elaborates the knowledge management content of all stages of construction enterprise project management, based on the theory research and practical experience of domestic and foreign knowledge management and construction project management and discusses the way of the mutual transfer of individual knowledge, team knowledge and enterprise knowledge.With the improvement of project personnel and organizational structure,the establishment of knowledge learning and sharing organization culture and the improvement of the knowledge management information technology platform, the application system of knowledge management system in project management of construction enterprises is developed according to the characteristics of construction project management in our country.This paper builds an index system of performance evaluation for knowledge management through the questionnaires,using AHP to determine the weight proportion of the indicators. Based on the selection of Shanghai Metro Engineering Bureau Huahai Company as the research object, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to further proves the rationality of the solutions,as well as the operability of performance evaluation.
