With the global economic integration and China’s rapid economic development, more and more Chinese enterprises face the international market, and treat the strategy of internationalization as an important part of enterprise development strategies. Sinotruk has involved in the international market in2002, and exported heavy trcuk in large scale with overseas sales of526units in2004, also put forward the internationalization strategy in2004. In2005, Sinotruk exported more that5000units’ heavy trucks, and after that, the overseas sales volume increased year by year. In2010, the overseas sales volume has reached more than17,000units and made localized assembly production and localized marketing in seven countries. In addition, Sinotruk realized red chip stock public in Hong Kong Stock market so as to achieve the internationalization of capital. In2009, Sinotruk and Germany MAN Group signed a cooperation agreement to cooperate on full range of international operations in global marketing, capital, products and technology. In short, Sinotruk is a successful enterprise of implementing internationalization strategy. Making research on Sinotruk internationalization strategy, on one hand, through detailed analysis of Sinotruk internationalization strategy mode, can help Sinotruk realize the status quo and problems, find and adopt the right internationalization way to maintain its competitive advantage. On the other hand, the study of Sinotruk internationalization strategy has strong guidance for the internationalization strategy of China’s automobile industry and equipment manufacturing industry.Internationalization refers to a process of the enterprises actively participating in the international division of labor and developing domestic enterprises to multinational companies, also a process of the enterprises coming to realize the influence of international economic activity, and to establish and execute transactions with other countries’ enterprises. The research methods of this paper is to take combination analysis of theory and practice, and deductive and inductive. On the basis of the internationalization theory and Sinotruk internationalization practice, through by-point analysis of the international strategy external environment and internal environment, and finally conclude the opportunity and threats, strength and weakness, make analysis and study on Sinotruk internationalization strategy to find out the planning scheme for Sinotruk internationalization strategy, meanwhile, make detailed analysis and policy suggestions on how to implement the international strategy.
