In recent years, more and more Chinese companies have entered African market, but the way they entered are not the same. Though many companies have achieved great success, they didn’t cooperate with other companies. Chinese companies haven’t moved the whole industry to Africa market. Sometimes They start price war with other Chinese companies.H company and S company both put their future in Africa market. H company focus on branding Home appliances, LCD TV is one of their most competitive product. S company mainly in supply digital TV broadcast service in Africa market. If we could build the digital TV program in the LCD TV of H company, could add one feature to LCD TV, also bring more customers to S company service. So, if they could enter the market with such industry cooperation, the product will be more competitive. Meanwhile, this is the opportunity of transform from analog TV program to digital TV program.This article introduce the develop history, business model, product of H company and S company. By the tools of marketing strategy, we can segment the market, choose target market, then positioning. After we get the positioning, we can set the product strategy, pricing strategy, place strategy and promotion strategy. Finally, the measures that ensure the cooperation work smoothly.We hope to see the success of such cooperation, then more and more Chinese advanced industry could move to Africa market.
