With the rapid development of Chinese economy, technology innovation, continuous improvement of work efficiency, Chinese employees’ways of working and demand adapt to the times of development in the constantly changing. Because the global market integration, innovation of organization structure, development of the information technology become the booster of economic, on the one hand the change and improvement of enterprise employees working environment, on the other hand, office workers of the accelerating pace of work, the working pressure further increase. At present, knowledge workers have become the main force of social development, knowledge workers have become the core factors of future economic trends.In this paper, from the perspective of person organization fit, takeing the knowledge staffs happiness as the starting point for research, and organizational commitment as intermediate factors, the use of empirical research methods, explores its influence on knowledge employee well-being effect.In this paper, through the analysis of the related literature, combined with relevant theory and model, according to the analysis of person organization fit, organizational commitment and sense of happiness, puts forward the theoretical model, the study of the argument, person organization fit, the dependent variable is the well-being, as intermediary variables of organizational commitment.First of all, this paper puts forward the hypothesis, and in domestic and foreign mature scale based on selected for this study scale, in order to obtain data.Secondly, in the data analysis using spssl9.0statistical software, the reliability and validity testing, correlation analysis, regression analysis, independent samples T test, single factor variance analysis, the descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis and other means, to verify the theoretical model and research hypothesis.Thirdly, through the analysis the following conclusions:1, person organization fit knowledge employee well-being has significant positive effect;2, the dimensions of organizational commitment on the variables and dependent variables plays a mediating role;3, high level of knowledge type employee well-being;4, knowledge workers’organizational commitment level is not high.Finally, based on the findings, suggestions.
