Study Of Logistics Management Based On E-business In Company S

Based on the theories of logistics management and E-business, the thesis introduces the relationship of logistics management and E-business, both are complement each other. E-business changed the mode of logistics management; on the other hand, the mode of logistics management influenced the developed trend of E-business technology. Then, the thesis introduces of modern logistics information technology, mentions several kinds of logistics mode based on E-business.Under the guidance of above theories, this thesis chooses company S as the object of study, which is one of the top electronics EMS manufacturers in the world. After introduced the experiences of logistics management of Company S, the thesis raise and analyze its main problems, and work out the solutions finally.This thesis include below five chapters:Chapter1is preface, introduces study’s background、significance、logic and structure.Chapter2is summarized theories, it include related concepts, e.g. logistics、 E-business、 relationship of logistics and E-business、logistics information technology and logistics mode under E-businessChapter3introduces and analyzes the current status of logistics management in company S. With the logistics process as the clue, the article introduced current status of logistics management of company S from three main processes of purchasing logistics、 internal logistics and sales logistics.Chapter4works out the related improvement solutions for logistics management of company S. aim at main problems from Chapter3, with the theories from Chapter2, analyze and work out related and specific improvement measures, mainly in order to improve logistics management by E-business.Chapter5is conclusion. It sums up the study issues and the solutions to improve logistics management of company S. and then, it proposes prospect of logistics development under E-business.
