The pharmaceutical industry is our nation’s strategic security industry, whose production and operation will act on the life safety of its citizens. In recent years, the pharmaceutical medicine industry of our country has developed very fast, but there are still many potential problems. Lots of enterprises with no standardized operation and high price without high quality, fish in troubled waters. At the same time, the government increase macro-control, which affected the development of medical enterprise. Facing with these, where is the place for our company? How can we keep the core competitiveness we have? We really need to think about them, since they will refer to the destiny of our company. As a leader in the foreign pharmaceutical companies in China, NA develop the business policy and marketing strategy in line with China’s national conditions, to obtain and maintain a competitive advantage in the competition.NA is one of the most famous pharmaceutical manufactures in the word. By studying in the multinational pharmaceutical enterprises in China, we use strategic tools to detailed analysis its strategic marketing, and hope to find a way for the company of our country. China’s pharmaceutical companies mainly do business in imitation, and problems are emerging. The same vicious competition between the chemical name drug, a lack of clinical trials and management mechanism of the adverse reactions, all of which lead the market to confusion. We need a force to improve the health of the modern marketing concept, and guide the healthy and orderly development of the pharmaceutical market.This paper uses a combination of case studies and systems analysis, induction and deduction as well. Through the formulation, implementation and analysis of the achievements of the strategy of NA in China, to interpret NA’s successful experience, at is patient-centered and sustainable developing strategy, which will provide a reference for China’s pharmaceutical industry.
