Furniture Manufacturing Enterprise Informatization Level Evaluation Model And Application Research

Since2011, the furniture manufacturing enterprises have faced unprecedented opportunities and challenges, such as large-scale entering of foreign furniture brands, advancing of the national affordable housing policy, adjusting of real estate policy and gradual saturation for furniture market in first-tier cities Etc. In such complex market environment, China’s furniture companies have actively explored in the construction of enterprise informatization in order to achieve the strategic transformation from the products to the brand and the service.In China, the time of informatization construction in the furniture manufacturing enterprise is not long and these enterprises has encountered many problems in the process of construction, so the overall level is not high. Apart from its own business characteristics of the furniture industry, another important reason is that furniture industry cannot give an accurate assessment to the effectiveness of informatization construction. When managers do not see its actual benefits, their determination to proceed with the investment in informatization construction will be shaken, which leads to the informatization of China’s furniture enterprises is stagnant. Therefore, how to build the evaluation model based on the characteristics of furniture enterprises, evaluate accurately and identify the existing deficiencies in order to guide the informatization construction for enterprises, which becomes an urgent problem that furniture enterprises need to solve.This paper first analyzes the development trend of the furniture manufacturing enterprises, the status of enterprise informatization and industry value chain. And then from the three dimensions that they are the basis of ability, application level and efficiency, to fight the evaluation index system based on the related theory. Next, the author uses AHP method, entropy-weight method and combined weight model based on the minimum of total deviation to respectively determine subjective weights and objective weights and combined weights of the evaluation indicators. Finally, on the basis of comparative analysis the previous evaluation methods, combing with the evaluation model, the author chooses grey correlation analysis method, grey cluster method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as evaluation methods of this paper.After constructing and Checking of Model, in order to elaborate the specific application of the model, firstly, with the two types of gray evaluate methods, this paper uses this evaluation.model to respectively make the sorting comparison and rating evaluation for enterprise informatization level of the surveyed enterprises. And then, to further elaborate the model in specific enterprise applications, this paper takes the Quanyou Furniture Company of Chengdu for example, analyzes the background, history and current situation of enterprise informatization respectively, and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the gray cluster analysis method to give the combinational evaluation and analysis for the level of enterprise informatization. Finally, this paper gives some planning proposals based on the results of the analysis.In short, through the result of this paper this article’s main purpose about the research of evaluation model and applying for the furniture manufacturing enterprise informatization is to provide reference and guidance on the evaluation of the furniture manufacturing enterprise informatization and provide better protection for continue promoting construction of the furniture manufacturing enterprise informatization.
