"omega Ii Plus" Trial Production Project Quality Management Research

The manufacture and operation process of industrial enterprise are composed bydevelopment, manufacture and marketing, they are step by step logic system. ForEnterprise, the production development is a very importance strategy. New productiontrial manufacture is the extremely important phase to transfer the samples to production.Omega Ⅱ Plus is the upgrade strategy of P&G, it is used to instead the oldversion of Tide. The urgent market demand is pushed us to meet production qualityrequirement in shortest time. But the true situation is the trial manufacture process isstill exist some shortage and disadvantage need to improve. So, to make the Omega ⅡPlus can be successful in one time, we need to optimize and improve thetrial manufacture process in P&G.PQM is the foundation to guide us to optimize and improve. Use the good programmanagement tool to realize new trial manufacture optimization, good tool is alsothe requisites to make sure “Omega Ⅱ Plus” run smoothly. This is the key point ofthesis.This thesis is according to P&G actual conditions use the PQM tool and take“Omega Ⅱ Plus” as a whole program to research and practice. This thesis base on theP&G new production situation to analysis deeply, and provide some relative strategyand suggestions, figure out the improve plan, and use this method to production finally.We get the good result. We share this follow chart and experience with other program,improve the new production trial manufacture greatly in P&G, reduce the loss whichcaused by the new trial manufacture failure.
