Study On Quality Management Of Type A Passenger Car Trial Project

In recent years, China’s auto industry has been developing rapidly, and is facedwith strong competition and challenges. Therefore, in order to survive and develop inChina, an auto company must timely launch new products and new models. Withincreasing high requirements of automotive consumers for new car quality, the studyof project quality management is more and more urgent for the automotive industry.The new automotive product research from the project commencement to the finalproduction will experience Mule vehicle, Simulator vehicle and engineering prototypevehicle process. In this process, the trial project plays an extremely important role.Therefore, it is very important to study trial project quality management for newmodels. Its main activities include project quality program, quality planning, qualityimplementation and quality improvement.This thesis describes the project background, scope, schedule, and cost of type Apassenger car trial project. The project life cycle is planned, the organizationalstructure of the trial project team is established and the main duties of all thefunctional groups are defined. During the different stages of the trial project, themethod of project quality management is used to quality planning, quality objectivessetting, project customers identification. Based on the three principles of customersatisfaction and understanding of user requirements, the trial project system flowchartis made to clarify the quality requirements of the key aspects, and quality plans aremade to control the quality of materials, the body and the vehicle. From six functionalteams of the trial Workshop: material group, body group, assembly group, qualityassurance group, preparation group and project team, the quality preparation is carriedout, the process of each important part in the implementation of quality managementprocess is controlled, so as to guarantee that the actual quality of the trial project fullyreaches or even exceeds the standards of quality planning and quality programrequirements. According to continuous quality improvement theory and the concept offull participation in the quality improvement of trial projects, at the end of the trialproject, the project acceptance and project conclusion work are performed. Acustomer complaints database is established, and preventive corrective measures aredeveloped, to establish and improve the customer complaints solving process, to meetthe test user demands and thus to achieve customer satisfaction.
