The Influence Factors Of Traditional Enterprise Transformation And Upgrading

In facing the triple challenges of international financial crisis hit, the industrial structure contradictions appear and the economic periodic adjustments, transformation and upgrade have become the inevitable choice of China’s traditional enterprise. At the same time, in order to adapt to the new trend of global industrial structure deep adjustment and grasp the strategic opportunity which the new technology revolution era after crisis accelerated conceived, our government officially established in the important strategy deployment of cultivating and developing strategic new industry. From the current situation of China’s industry development, the traditional industry plays a key role in the development of national economy, the traditional industry should be promoted and developed to the new industry each other. However, although our country has been actively promote the transformation of traditional enterprise upgrade for many years, the actual results have been slowly paced. How to realize the true sense of the traditional enterprise upgrade becomes the current important issue of our country in the process of cultivating and developping strategic new industry.The government, the enterprises and the bank are the three important behavior subjects in the process of transformation and upgrade of a traditional enterprise. However, the interest they demand are not completely consistent, there may be differences in the process of transformation and upgrade of motives and behaviors. Based on the profit objective differences perspective of "government, enterprises, bank", this research to study the main factors which effect the transformation and upgrade and comparative analysis of their different evaluations of the importance of the main factors.The article focused on the following research:firstly, analyse the cause, the direction, the path, the content and the process of the transformation and upgrade of a traditional enterprise;secondly, analyse the different interest demands of "government, enterprises, bank" expressed in the process of traditional enterprise transformation and upgrade; thirdly, the research designed " the questionnaire about the effect factors of traditional enterprise transformation and upgrade", and government officials, enterprise management personnel and the bank officials are as the objects of the questionnaire investigation; fourthly, deal with all the collecting effective related data by using the structural equation modeling method, analyse the different evaluations of "government, enterprises, bank" of the importance of the main factors on the traditional enterprise transformation and upgrade.This research provide the relevant policy suggestions to the traditional enterprise for realizing the transformation and upgrade and to the strategic new industry for promoting the cultivation and development.
