Hunan Village Banks Competitiveness Promotion Strategy Research

Rural banks as a kind of micro-finance entities, established mainly to solve the problem of rural financial ecological competition is inadequate, insufficient financial supply and low coverage into the financial viability to the new rural construction, promoting rural economic development. Hunan rural banks more than four years of development, and now there are10rural banks, but as new things, there is inevitably as the internal control mechanism is not perfect, the settlement system is not perfect, and many other issues. Hunan rural banks to which the rural financial ecosystem to take advantage of niche, how to win in the fierce competition. The key lies in the rural banks from an ecological perspective to consider its core competitiveness, foster rural banks staying power and shape the core competitiveness to protect the survival and development of rural banks. Therefore, the study has important practical significance based on the core competitiveness of the ecological perspective in Hunan rural banks.This article first analyzed the research status and overview of the theory. Then use the research results analyzed the Hunan village banks and financial ecological environment, and presented opportunities and challenges it faces. Then, based on the status of Hunan village banks, analyzed the realistic competitive and potentially competitive of Hunan village banks. Third, presented the strategy of Hunan village banks enhance the competitiveness:clear the objectives and principles of village banks enhance the competitiveness; optimize the ecological environment of the Hunan village banks; clear the market positioning of village banks; promote financial innovation; enhance the level of operational capacity; and strengthen risk control and internal control; Finally, an empirical analysis based on the Qiyang village bank.
