Runhua Company Supplier Evaluation And Selection Optimization Research

Since the1990s, with the development of economic globalization and market competition, strategic position of supplier management becomes more prominent. As an important part of procurement management, supplier management directly related to the operational efficiency of enterprises, operating costs and customer service levels. In the aspect of vendor management, the most important parts are supplier selection, screening, evaluation and production activities to ensure the continued operation. Thus, according to the characteristics of the supply chain,for the development and enrichment of supply chain management and decision analysis, to promote the successful operation of the supply chain, it has significant academic value and practical significance to find support for supplier selection, supplier selection strategies to optimize methods.In this paper, it analyses the situation and existing problems of the supplier selection and evaluation of RunHua Company based on the theory of related concepts of supplier selection and evaluation, selection and evaluation of standards, technologies and methods. And it proposed a supplier selection and evaluation of the optimization program applying relevant theory with the actual situation of RunHua company. Specific ideas as follows:First, based on the research background of optimization of supplier selection of RunHua company, this paper outlines the research methods and research ideas and present the basic framework of this paper. Then it established the basic factors of influence the supplier selection, clear selection requirements selection methods and the evaluation index system of supplier, and make an overview of the theory about supplier selection. Then it analysis of the RunHua company’s development process, and the Runhua’s supplier selection and evaluation of the status and he existing problems found in Runhua company. In allusion to these problem, this paper apply the method of AHP to proposed selection and evaluation of the optimization program based on optimization goals, optimization principles, vendor selection evaluation. Finally, from the aspect of reality, it analysis implementation of the points of supplier selection and evaluation mechanism of Runhua company,and made the subject for further research directions.The optimal design of Runhua company supplier selection and evaluation which was put forward in this paper not only can effectively solve the current problems of RunHua company supplier selection and evaluation, helping the company achieve supplier management targets, but it also makes great sense to domestic suppliers of similar management practices of SMEs.
