GL Company's Suppliers Management Study

With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the competition of domestic construction market, especially membrane structure market is becoming more and more fiercely. Under such grim circumstances, in order to maintain the development of enterprises, the membrane structure of enterprises rely on opening up markets only and expand the sales have not feasible. It is a sensible way that membrane structure of enterprises strengthen the supplier management to seek the development of enterprises through the implementation of a scientific supply chain management. Based on this, the author formulates a complete set of measures to optimize the management of supplier for GL Company. In this paper, each sections of supplier management are study object. Moreover, the author analyzes methods of operation and optimization measures. In the method, the author makes a reference to large domestic and foreign-related literature and formulates detailed measures to optimize the management of supplier. These measures can be directly applied to the GL company's day-to-day supplier management and resolve the company's practical problems.
