Based On The Resource-based Theory Of Architecture Enterprise Technology Innovation Research

Construction industry in China, as one of the mainstay industries in national economy, has got swift development and remarkable achievements after long and zigzag evolution, especially through the series renovation in the term of system since the implement of reform and opening to the outside world policy. But at the same time, we can still notice the fact that the scale merit of most of enterprises in construction industry are on the decline, technological improvement in this field is slow and they are lack of technological innovation. To survive and grow in the keen competition, the enterprise has to rely on the effective technological innovation and should make the right technological innovation decision based on the enterprise strategy.Under such context that technological innovation becomes increasing important to Construction and construction enterprise, China has paid more attention towards this area and technological innovation is serious insufficient, this paper, based on RBV, analyzes the relationship of enterprise resources, enterprise capability and strategy, i.e., the enterprises resources determining the enterprises’capability upon which the choice and implement of enterprises strategies are relied, during the implement process of enterprise strategy, we can form and accumulate new resources by increase the using efficiency of resources, carries out a study on technological innovation in Construction industry and differentiation strategy, focusing on, first of all, the necessity and urgency of implementing differentiation strategy in Construction enterprises, analyzing the dynamic competitive environment and features faced by construction enterprises, summarizing the differentiation strategy into two factors, industry drive and market drive, based upon such dynamic competitive environment, secondly, analyzing the influence of technological capacity to differentiation strategy through literature collection and then proposing resource-differentiation-strategy-oriented construction enterprise technological innovation study and suggestions to promote the technological innovation capacity of construction enterprises.
