The Study Of The Effect Of CZT Communications Integration On Economic Growth Of Hunan Province

On June28,2009, Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan communicationimplemented communication integration which not only enhanced the overall imageof the CZT city cluster, accelerated the optimal allocation of the three cities of theflow of information and benefit of the people, but also promoted the social welfare ofHunan Province and lay a good foundation of “Experience China”,“rise of CentralChina” as well as the construction of “two–based society”. However, how theimplementation of communication integration will affect the communications industry?On this basis, the development of the communications industry growth through whatchannels to form the spillover effects and what is the extent of these spillover effects?From an economic perspective, To what extent the integration of communicationimpact on the construction “two-based society” of Hunan Province? Communicationintegration process has a large number of institutional experience, these can providewhat sort of inspiration to the implementation of the integration of other regionalcommunications? Based on this, this article carding the mechanism of communicationintegration which affect economic growth, and on base of this, we build a dynamicFEDER model to estimates the communications industry spillover effects oneconomic growth. Simulation results show that the development of thecommunications industry has significant spillover effects on economic growth. Then,from the perspective of the economic system to build Hunan Province computablegeneral equilibrium model (HNUGE),which afford a way to simulation analysis theimpact of communication integration on Hunan Economic Growth from economicgrowth, industrial structure point of view. The results show that in long-term,communications integration can pulling the degree of economic growth in HunanProvince by2%, the actual investment rose by2%, the CPI decreased by about0.2%.In industrial structure level, most of the manufacturing output increased by0.6%,communications equipment, engineering machinery, advanced manufacturing outputincreased by more than4percent, road transportation and other services outputgrowth of at least2%, which indicate that communication integration significantlypromoted the Hunan Province of new the development of industrialization. Finally,based on the conclusions of the study, for the communications integration process, weput forward in the future a few policy recommendations.
