China’s Service Trade Development Factors Of The Theoretical And Empirical Analysis

With the further development of economic globalization, the rapid developmentof service trade has become the important force of global economic prosperity anddevelopment, especially the emerging service trade. It has a profound impact onglobal economic development.This paper starts with the related literature research on influencing factors ofservice trade development, secondly it makes a comparison on present situation thedevelopment with China’s service trade and Sino American service trade. On thisbasis, the paper shows Service trade development mechanism by the factors ofdevelopment level of education and foreign direct investment (FDI), the ability ofscientific innovation and informatization level. By the empirical research, this papergets the number of graduates, returned students and Listing Corporation, educationand research funds, FDI, financial deepening degree and the significant effect ofChina’s service trade development for every100internet users. Finally, this paperputs forward the sustainable, scientific and harmonious development way of China’sservice trade by improving education development and financial market, deepeningFDI level, enhancing the independent innovation ability of service trade industry,accelerating construction of informatization level in China.
