China Construction Bank in Jilin branch established in1954.For more than50years, the bank is committed to the capital construction of national economy andimproving people’s living. At the same time, the bank makes excellence contributionto Jilin province’s economic development. All staff work hard, develop marketactively, promote reform vigorously, optimize business management mechanism,innovate financial business constantly and strengthen risk management, thus, theymake business benefit and value creation high in the keen market competition. Basedon full financial service, the bank becomes the best in quality and benefit regionally.In order to better serve the people, the bank improves staff’s quality enthusiasticallyproceeding with the human resources management.The human resource management comes from the stage of human management.But it is more practicable, reasonable and scientific. Now, there is less attention to themanagement and its acknowledgement. It is lack of the reasonable employmentsystem and mechanism, as well as the efficient measures and means. The cultureconstruction and its delay are not in step with the management of human resource. Allabove produce these problems: there is no real market in human resource selection;there is the internal market to be formed; there is ambiguous career for staff; there isincentive mechanism to improve.The problems also exist in the bank. According to reality, the bank makesreasonable employment plan, establishes employee mechanism of the entry and exitand selects people based on job specific requirements. While the bank builds theinternal market, improves the internal competitive mechanism and adjusts the rightpeople to the job. In the area of training, the bank combines the in-house and externaltraining, improving the staff’s professional ability and comprehensive quality, helpingthem identify their career road and enhancing their loyalty. The reasonable payment policy is also the main elements of human resource management strategy. Its specificmeasures are long-term incentives combined with short-term incentives including thematerial and spiritual encouragement.The bank’s business grows rapidly and the asset quality improves significantlythrough the implementation of the human resource management policies. The staffare motivated to sale more with the increasing income while the benefit of the bank israised significantly and the customers are well maintained. Therefore, the customers,the bank and staff win in the situation.
