In essence, corporate culture is a subculture which belonging to the largerculture of social culture systems. Chinese enterprises can not exist in isolation fromChinese society, the construction of Chinese corporate culture can not success ifignore their own cultural background. When we construct corporate culture, weshould reference resources of history and understand the Chinese traditionalphilosophy thought, master the culture of enterprise, society and the country, so as toconstruct excellent corporate culture. Lead the essence of Chinese traditional culturephilosophy into construction of corporate culture, not only can make the corporateculture with more Chinese characteristics, but also can avoid the foreign enterpriseculture theory depart from the audience and the phenomenon of not acclimatized.Wensli Group builds a world famous brand of Chinese silk, and expanding silkculture as its responsibility. Furthermore, it regards silk culture as a business, and seta good example for culture construction of china private enterprise. Wensli Groupattaches great importance to the cultivation of corporate culture in the process ofenterprise development. Wensli gradually formed the culture:"everything ispeople-oriented, harmony as the most important thing, benefit responsible forsociety" in the influence of traditional Chinese culture. This paper makes asystematic investigation and analysis from the perspective of traditional Chineseculture, dig the traditional foundation of Wensli Group corporate culture deeply,concluded that construction of corporate culture should to fully absorb the essence oftraditional Chinese culture, and the negative factors of the traditional culture shouldmake a rational discard. Through the above discussion not only helps to enrich anddevelop the theory of China’s corporate culture, but also provide valuable learningand reference for our practice.
