Today, with the integration of global economy,the development of business managementmainly experience three alternate phases, which are experience management, scientificmanagement and culture management.As Chinese companies gradually carry out the enterprise culture construction, manymisunderstandings on the cognition and comprehension are exposed accordingly.During the historical process of group development,the standardized enterprise cultureframework has been developed in Tianyuan Group. While from the perspective of the modernenterprise culture research, the framework of Tianyuan Group is still not perfect, such as theold state-owned enterprise culture has inhibited its development. Along with the furtherexpansion of market competition, in order to adapt to market competition and the actual needsof enterprise development, the reshaping process of enterprise needs to be further improved.In the thesis, the author first summarizes the relevant theory of “corporate culture” andredefines the modern enterprise culture idea on the basis of the theoretical system. Based onthe actual situation of the Tianyuan enterprise culture, the author undertakes some analysesand feedbacks to the construction of enterprise culture by carrying on the detailedinvestigation, cultural diagnosis, the effect of the feedback and so on. Ultimately, inaccordance with the personality of Tianyuan Group, the specific implementation principle,implementation method and guarantee measures will be completed.
