Study Of Land Use Conflict Analysis And Diagnosis

With the rapid population growth and urbanization development, it brings more and more land use conflicts, and becomes a major obstacle to sustainable land use, poses a serious challenge to human beings. Diagnosis of land use conflicts can be a reasonable solution to the conflict and provide scientific basis or reference, and thus the diagnosis and analysis of land use conflicts is very import for solving the issues of population growth and urbanization. Such as the diagnosis of real multi-objective land-use conflicts and the causes of conflict is lack of systemic and in-depth study, the study on the future socio-economic and policy environment is lack of flexibility, affecting the implementation of optimal allocation of land resources. Researching land use conflicts is in favor of the socio-economic and policy environment to address future changes, so that the optimal allocation of land resources canbe effective implementated, so no matter in theory or in practice the analysis and diagnosis of land use conflict has its own reality and urgency.In this paper, based on previous studies, put up a more comprehensive review and do the systematic analysis of the multi-objective land-use conflicts and common conflicts diagnostic methods, lay a solid foundation for this study, and provide useful lessons. On the basis of researching the literature carries out thesis research. The main contents of thesis:(1)Put up multi-objective land-use conflict analysis. Analyze the main stakeholders of multi-objective land-use conflict and the causes of conflict and conflict hot spots, producing the basis for the study of three major conflicts.On the conflict of land and other resources, the main research is on the conflict between land resources and mineral resources and the conflict between land resources and water. For intensive land use and land ecological security conflicts is to study the impact which intensive land use activities bring out.The study on conflicts between land use planning and other plannings, focuses on the problem of convergence between land planning and related land use plannings. (2)Based on the research of land use conflicts, try to find the diagnosis method.Try to use LFA method, PSR model, spatial overlay analysis method for diagnostic analysis of land use conflicts. According to the characteristics and different forms of various conflicts, choose the appropriate method for diagnosis, LFA is used for qualitatively analyzing a variety of land use conflicts which exist in Lanzhou City, PSR model approach is used to study the coordination of intensive land use with ecological security in Lanzhou City, spatial overlay analysis method is used to diagnose the conflict of land use planning with other programs.(3)Select the Lanzhou City to conduct empirical research.In Lanzhou City, land-use issues are very prominent, the land use characteristics is typical in the western region even in the country, so it is very suitable as a study area. According to multi-objective land-use conflict analysis framework, we make up the stakeholder of land use conflict, analyze the forms of conflict and use the appropriate method to diagnose the causes of major conflicts in Lanzhou. Through an empirical study of Lanzhou, research the diagnosis system of multi-objective land-use conflicts under the different conditions, provide the necessary preparation for other regions in China to use land resources sustainablely.The results show that:the diagnostic methods system of conflict which is formated with LFA method, PSR model and overlay analysis approach system for the formation can be achieved in Lanzhou City. Using LFA to do a systematic study of land use conflicts which is produced in Lanzhou City, can analyze the causes and possible consequences of land use conflicts, study the approachs for coordinating the regional land use conflicts in Lanzhou, can provide useful help with future for mitigation of land use conflicts and land use optimization. PSR model is used to evaluate the coordination of land intensive use and ecological security. PSR model could evaluate the coordination well, which provide basis for decision as the rational use of land resources and environmental protection. Use the spatial overlay analysis method to analyze the conflicts between land use planning and other plannings in Lanzhou City. The results of planning maps overlay, obtain the space diagnosis of land use conflict in Lanzhou downtown.Thesis reflects the land use study on the diagnostic methods of conflict, and aims to initiate, many of the deficiencies remain to be further studied.
