| Since the beginning of reform and opening policy, China has made significantprogress in attracting foreign direct investment(FDI) and international trade in the world,Currently,FDI and trade has become an important force in promoting China’s economic development. From the deeper level, International trade and foreign direct investment are two important ways of international technology transfer and diffusion,They create not only the opportunities for developing countries to learn the advanced technology and mangment from the world but more importantly throough various channels and mechanisms to promote the innovation capacity dynamicly. As a developing country,China has many restrictions such as capital, human capital, infrastructure and so on, so it’s shortcut to enchance innovation capacity through foreign direct investment and international trade.The thesis begins with the illustration of the research background and significance,and then it reviews the relevant literatures and defines the meaning of independent technological innovation, After that,it reviews the mechanism about FDI and international trade’s influences on innovation.then it study the status of high-tech industry about technological innovation, it include R&D and human capital investment, foreign direct investment situation, the international trade situation, etc. The next chapter carries out an empirical study on this issue on the background of previous analyze. In the fmal part, it provides some strategic suggestions on the fields of influencing factors on the basis of the results and findings in previous chapters.Results show that,(1)for the whole industry, Through the channel of inter-industry,FDI contribute to the innovation capacity,but the intra-fdi effects are not obvious, Importing enhance the capability of independent innovation, The role of exporting is contrary.(2) according to the Intensity of the foreign investment into China, we divide the industry into foreign-oriented high-tech industry and domestic-led, In the foreign-oriented industries, the intra-industry spillover effects is better,,however,the inter-industry spillover effects is less,Export inhibit he innovation but inport contribute to it,what’s more,the effect is Significantly better in domestic-oriented sectors. |
